We are always looking for Rock Star Programmers, Artists, and Animators to become part of our team. We currently have No Openings available. This doesn't mean you can't submit your Resume to jobs@latman.com

In the meantime...here are some helpful tips and skill sets you need to demonstrate to set you apart from other applicants.

Programmers:

• MUST enjoy Games and Game Development.
• Familiarity with basic game design concepts such as rendering, physics, AI, etc.
• A great eye for design.
• Willing to be a key participant in design and creation of awesome games! (no "yes man")
• And ohh yea, Knowing some coding languages would be nice.

Animators:

• MUST enjoy Games and Game Development.
• Make things move in......2D!
• Make things move in......3D!
• I hear there are these so called "12 Principles", Yea those are important.
• NO fear of acting out ridiculous things infront of a mirror.
• Be "an actor with a pencil"

3D Artists:

• MUST enjoy Games and Game Development.
• Strong Vertex pulling skills
• Expert polygon pusher
• Sculpting and Carpentry. Trust me its the same as 3D Modeling (you are creating something out of nothing).
• Draw Draw DRAW!!!

Concept Artists:

• Composition, color theory, lighting, form, perspective, anatomy...you know, the basics.
• Diversity in style; comicbook, disney, anime, and photo-realistic.
• Diversity in subject matter such as vehicles, weapons, characters, environments, and architecture.
• Pencil, Paper and Photoshop HAVE to be your best friends.
